Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Been following you for a while now, and I think you’re right on it, as I’ve been in much a similar boat lately. I think an important question to ask is what it really means to ‘be seen’; for me, at least, I think I had it all backwards for a while. Being ‘seen’ as what I thought I should be instead of who I am meant to be. Kind of results in a negative feedback loop; trying harder and harder to be seen while at the same time feeling more invisible.

Also really appreciated that you offered a solution, and a good one at that

I appreciate what you said about serving others in the ways we want to be served. When there is too much to do and no clear thing to start with that could be a helpful first step. What need do I have right now and how can I meet that need in someone else's life? Thanks for sharing.
